Capricorn 20° “Name your favorite freedom.”

The Span of Dependence – The 2nd Hemisphere of Capricorn

Phase 290

Earth Element – Cardinal

The formula is: sustaining-critical-efficient-generalizing-physical-inspired.

Dr. Marc Edmund Jones provides the official meaning of this Sabian symbol in his work, The Sabian Symbols in Astrology:

Capricorn 20° A hidden choir singing

This is a symbol of the eternal music of the spheres, and is an emphasis on the ideality of experience as at root a symphony of cosmic reconciliations. The differences of individual character which have contributed to a person’s initiative and a conscious selfhood are here brought to their point of ultimate and single source in an over-all existence, and each and every element of inharmony is reordered as a participating distinctiveness of the whole. All men are at one in the universal pattern.

The keyword is WORSHIP.

When positive, the degree is a unique gift for establishing a common interest and making it a power for the good of all, and when negative, personal aloofness and lukewarm loyalties.

“We all like singing in the bathtub (or shower) because there’s more resonance there.” Alan Watts

Today’s Choir Members:

The Root Chakra – Worship – “Name your favorite freedom.”

The Sacral Chakra – Dedication – “Dignity, a two-way street.”

The Solar Plexus Chakra – Hopefulness – “Leading to the heart’s desire.”

The Heart Chakra – Fun – “Essential ingredient.”

The Throat Chakra – Demonstration – “The due diligence of life.”

The Third Eye Chakra – Shrewdness – “Cometh hell or high water!”

The Crown Chakra – Allegiance – “The gift of melodrama.”

Or you can blend them all together in full-harmony! (You can listen to the Sabian Symbol Septenary at  Saijin’s Sabian Symbol Septenary) Whatever you do, go for freedom with gusto!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Marianne Williamson, A Return To Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles

“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Albert Einstein
